We love children’s suitcases. That’s what we do here at KidsTravel2 so we’re bound to.
I spoke to a Grandmother this week who bought suitcases for her 2 grandsons just so they had their own special bag when they came to visit and this reminded me why suitcases make such great presents.
As we approach half term and the very busy Christmas travel period we thought it would be worth reminding everyone of the hand luggage restrictions for each of the UK airlines as airline rules regarding the size and weight of hand luggage vary and keep changing!!
I was reading an article this weekend called The Outnumbered Parent’s survival guide written by Andy Hamilton which was a ‘tongue in cheek’ guide to taking kids on holiday.
He offered a number of pieces of advice about surviving the annual holiday.

I’m Jo, founder of Quo Vadis Travel, The Family Holidays Company

What are your top tips for easing back into school after a, hopefully relaxing, summer?
It seems to me that whether teenager or toddler getting those sleep patterns back is [...]
One of my most abiding memories from childhood is the annual holiday car journey!
Discussions about the Exeter by pass still have the power to torment. The worst was the trip to North West Scotland squashed into a blue Hillman Imp which I am convinced took over 14 hours!!
If you follow my twitter and Facebook feeds you will know that I am a notorious over packer!!
I scour the internet for packing tips that I can share but so far have not followed myself!
On our recent family holiday to Portugal I decided I had to practice what I preach and travel with hand luggage alone- scary!
